Default Question

In my original account, which got suspended, I have some eBay fees pending which I resisted to pay, because I didn't feel that it was right to invest to a company that has banned me without a good reason and cut my income.

Will they come after me for these fees ?

Can you be charged with anything or you will only need to pay them if they send someone to collect them ?

Thanks.

You listed items on ebay, sold those items and now have to pay for ebays part in helping you with the sale.
You have to pay them, as it is the right & moral thing to do.

If you do not pay your ebay fee's they will send you to a debt collector which can impact your credit file. Which will negatively effect you trying to get credit etc.. from banks in the future.
Some debt collectors even add on more charges, which you will end up having to pay as well in the long run.

Both of the above is in the terms of service which you agree to when listing on ebay.

Ok, thanks. I am going to pay them It was just the initial reaction to my suspension which has prevented me to do so.

Thats understandable, but once you go stealth this shouldn't hurt you as bad as before.

what i mean is if you have more than one account running at a time.
when one gets closed, you will have a few back ups so that you dont have the problem of
being stuck with nothing from nowhere.

You can simply just keep going and going and going...

because as time goes by you learn to get hardened towards ebay and not hurt by them.
