Default What amount is good for first sale ?

What amount is good for a first sale with a new account, that won't mark the account as high risk and getting limited and I will be able to withdraw it / spend it ?

I know you'll say, take it slow (that's the right path as described on the guide obviously and that's what I do), but I want to have numbers in mind.

I have lots of items that I want to sell but I started from a computer on one of my stealth accounts and got the account limited :/

There is no 'magic' number or amount.

It will depend on many factors which will include how the account is set up, what you sell, what prices you ask for the items and the risk that e/b and p/p may perceive in those items.

Your past experience should have taught you something in relation to 'high' risk items

When you mention high risk it tells me two things.

High risk meaning vero, electronics etc. DO NOT LIST THESE TYPES

High risk would be 1st item starting at 0.99 and worth for example 50- or more.

Some think starting out by listing a 0.99 is good and it is not a good choice on a new account.

I build many accounts for the future and sell usually 5.00-20.00 items to start.
Do this for a few months and then add in some higher end items.

But I never sell risky items either so my accounts stick and are solid.

Try to start a routine such as

first 0-10 feedback-$1-$10 dollar items
10-20 feedback-$10-$20 dollar items

usually when the account gets 20 feedback and becomes 90 days old its pretty much clear, provide tracking for all orders and dont use the paypal account you have attached to ebay as an account to pay for stuff(because if that account get restricted yours might be watched and could get restricted as well,9had it happen to me.),
imo ofcourse.
