Ebay requesting docs after vero

Hi forum,

Ok, I've had a mad 2 months, got hit with a mc019 and a mc999 in December on my legit ebay account for selling items made for phones, you can probably guess the company.
This is how I found this amazing forum full of so much info after worrying what will happen next.
Anyways had some cases in ebay and paypal open due to items not received and buyers panicking after receiving messages on ebay from the mc999 trademark breach.
PayPal requested all the usual documents, invoices, bank account statements, supplier info etc. I read and searched the forum to find out what I should do next, I came to the fact that I would loose my paypal account and moved on to making a stealth account and getting a mail box.
I did log into my paypal account regular to keep a track of the claims, top up negative balance and even rang paypal a few times to ask them to issue refunds.
On the 21st day of my paypal account being limited I logged in to find my paypal account reinstated to full access, I sent them absolutely nothing that they requested.

So my question here is that ebay are wanting ID and a bill to match the address and name on file and to upload it to the vero squad.
why is this do you think? My account is 10 years old I don't want to loose it as I've some how got the linked paypal account back.
I don't want to be setting myself up by sending all my info to ebay for them to pass it on to the big boys who started all this.
It maybe just me being paranoid

If someone could shine a little light onto it or give me their thoughts I would be grateful.

They want to make sure you are who you say you are!

If you want the account I would give them what they want if YOU think its worth it.

Were these items you were selling knock off? If they weren't just send your info in.

I was VERO'd for selling ip ho ne 3 G back in the day on ebay that I bought from phones 4 u that I used as my contract phone - if its this company they will VERO you for selling the new i pho ne 5 cable!!

Yes you hit the nail on the head, it was cables.

If I don't send the required docs what will be the outcome, ban from just selling or a total ban for life?

If sending docs in is going to cause a whirlwind of sh!t I'd rather just walk away, but if sending is just to see who I say I am then that's fine.
Im just don't know what to do....

Why? fight for your account as much as you can.

Do not let ebay put you out of business.

Give them the papers they want.

Not possible to say what they will do. But always fight them. Never abandon an account until ebay/paypal kill it for you
