Advice and help needed plz address info

Hi All

I have been told that ebay are going to look into my account because of false contact information

A customer has contacted me to say they are reporting me .

The only thing i do is put a different address down for when i sell something but all my other contact details are normal .


I just dont want my real address shown for security reasons as opportunists may get the wrong impression and i have had a security problem before.

Ebay have all the correct details for me but when i sell something I change the address so when you go down to the bottom and click the drop down contact details i have a different address shown .

Will this get me closed down ??

should i contact ebay and let them know my reasons for doing this ??

Is the 2nd address accessible?

Are you talking about your warehouse/ drop off /return of goods address... you know the one you have.

If so it's none of the buyer's business.

Think CAREFULLY what good calling ebay will do.... it will do none.
re-read the 2nd sentence....do you get the message
