Default Buying stuff online (cashing out?) via Paypal

Hi all, sorry for all the questions!

I made a new PP account, recieved a £400 payment, tried to send the £400 to another PP and it got limited straight away (I know, noobie mistake!).

I was wondering, if instead of sending the money to another paypal, could I buy something via an online merchant which would use my paypal balance and not limit my account straight away?

Instead of asking so many questions and getting accounts limited why don't you read the stealth guide a few times and study this forum?

Iv'e spent about 6-7 hours on here today reading threads. Alot of contradicting info, plus some are older posts which no longer apply, some are different for UK/US etc. But yeah I have done alot of research, also read the Stealth Book a few times.

In the last 5 months I have probably invested 500+ hours learning how to create and use Stealth accounts effectively.

Another 494 hours and you'll be caught up.

You can spend your PayPal funds with online merchants but as with all new accounts you have to proceed gently. The last thing PayPal wants to see is £400 going in and then £400 going straight out again. This sort of behaviour does not fill PayPal with a lot of confidence and triggers account security issues.

Nice and slowly is the best option for the longevity of an account.

The real answer is there is much to learn about Stealth accounts. I've been here 5 months, spent hundreds of hours doing research and I still find something new every day.

I would say now that I'm an Authority on PP Stealth but still learning. PP and EB are always changing the rules, that's why we use this forum for updates and new tactics.

You need to sort out your banking issues firstly .
Good business is not about selling something to force you to buy something else.
On other threads you have stated a bank issue.
This can be overcome , there is at least 30 providers i know off that provide accounts with no credit check in the UK AND YOU CAN HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH MOST.
Its not a long term option to cash out by simply purchasing something else .
Where does this get you ?
You can send to another paypal but a very new account will not allow this.
Withdraw to bank account - goto bank get money .
All simple stuff.
