12 hours has never been a problem even on accounts made literally the day before for me, as long as I keep withdrawal amounts low. I tried 4-5 hours a long time ago and got limited as soon as I hit the "confirm withdrawal" button.

Going to set up a new Stealth next week and try to withdraw money within 12 hours after it hits my Stealth, sounds crazy :eek:

Unfortunately it takes 2-4 days just to get Micro-deposits in the US to verify bank.

I think the UK is faster because of your regulations.

Well I age my accounts for at least one month, sell a few cheap bull**** items to get feedback, then sell for example a 200 euro phone, sell, confirm as sent, wait for a day then withdraw 50.

Payments outside EBay are far easier
