VMware Workstation with Multiple Accounts on Multiple PC's

Hey Stealthies,
I am running VMware for 7 accounts which need to be accessed by 3 computers. The VMware workstations are all running XP as the OS, and I use Firefox. I also use VPN lifeguard to help automate the process, and as a safeguard against disconnects. Many times it will not connect to my VPN. I think maybe the host is confused by different mac addresses trying to use the VPN (although never 2 pc's trying to connect at the same time).

Ok, my question is this...does anyone else use VMware like a server, and what this the most effective set up multiple accounts, each with its own VMware workstation, to be accessed by more than one computer?
If you guys need anymore info about my network, software, or hardware, please let me know.

Why need 3 computer? The reason using Vmware is to use 1 computer for several account.

OP might like having few accounts running at same time if different IP?

We use one for the shipping department to login to paypal and print labels from, one for the account manager to manage listings and answer emails, and one for the and one for the administrator.
I think that VPN lifeguard is causing the problem. What do you guys use to protect against disconnects from the VPN?
