PayPal is asking for SSN. How do I add a EIN instead?

I have a business account and they are now requesting my SSN. I have a EIN so I called them and they said that I have to add my SSN. How do I get past this?

You can add and EIN in your Profile>My Business Info

You don't. Plain and simple. We added EIN when they asked for tax information...we added it. Later on they limited the account and said I had to provide SSN. If it is a SPECIFIC request for SSN, there is NO WAY around it. If it is TAX INFO REQUEST, you can add EIN.
