Can 200/ 20,000 tax form be sent electronically ?
What I'm wondering is will the 1099 be available electronically only? If they mail it well...besides it can get lost/stolen in the mail and someone will have my tax id.

Is there an option on paypal to sent the tax form only electronically just like you can do with your cable bill or credit card bill?
