VCC question

Hello,

I read the BST forum and have a question about VCC for PP.

There are two different VCC for PP. One is just VCC and the other is AVS VCC

My question is when to use the regular and when to use the AVS?

For pp confirmation, always best to use AVS (Address Verification System) VCC - after that you could do regular purchasing with just VCC....most of the time.

Reply depends on the reasons you need a 'card'.

vcc's can be applied to raise limits with stealth paypals. Might be address issues so the 2nd card is preferable.

For online purchases where you are not worried about using your own
details, the vcc works.

If you are making stealth accounts, and want to confirm address details, you would select the AVS card. That is its basic function (address verify system)

avs vcc is the way to go if you're making a sellers account, anything that can make you look more legit in th eyes of paypal is a good thing
