change address on pp and eb

I have a stealth a/c bought from one of the guys on here. The address is some 200 miles away from me. Both accounts are strong with eb now allowing me to sell 200 items. My problem is that I've had my first return and the customer has sent it to the stealth address without referring to me so no doubt I've lost the item. Not a lot of money, so I've refunded anyway to avoid customer hassle. Now I want to change the addresses to a pal who lives nearby so that this problem is avoided in the future. Already changed Ebay but I'm wondering if there will be a problem with PP. It's a VCC so will that cause a problem?

avoid this.
best thing is email the customer privately with a label for him.
alternatively, ask the customer to keep the item (that's wt i've been doing as the lost on the item could be easily gained but the lost of account could cost you quite a bit of fortune )

If the item is of low value I generally just refund them without a return.

Other options are to tell customers that the return needs to go back to the supplier (Then give your address)

If you are sending them details of a blocked address don't do it over eBay messager!!

Seems like OP is wondering about address change. If the address has not been used before, you could add it to pp and make it your primary. I have done this before without problems.
