Paypal limited credit check! How possible on stealth?
 

Hi guys! Happy Easter!

I have done a search on this and have found some responses... Most threads started pre 2010. Just wanted to address this as it now happened to me.
It seems paypal has done a credit check on a stealth account.

1. How is this possible?
2. How to avoid in future?

It is a business account, Fully verified about 3yrs old. Right now they are only asking for invoices and supplier info. Since the account is stealth obviously the invoices do not match. I am trying to take care of that. I am though stumped how to avoid this in the future.

ebay running credit checks on stealth accounts, did you use an EIN?

No this is usally paypal. Not aware of ebay ever doing it.

In 2009, paypal added their rights to do this in their T&S

Rather rare to happen. Not heard of more than 4 users here who got caught.

Yes it has an EIN... Its a business account...

What amounts were you pushing thro' the account?

Had you any issues/troubles?

As I mentioned not much is current on this action by paypal.

Yeah thats a good point..perhaps something kicked this limitation..like a manual review then limitation..

I pushed thro about 25k this month.

No issues my dsr is 5.0 no issues to speak of
