Amazon UK Account susended, but can still sell on other marketplaces

Hi Guys,

My Amazon.co.uk account has been suspended for some time. I found out today I can still list and sell on the other amazon marketplaces such as Germany, Spain and Italy.

Has anyone else had there .co.uk account suspended and then started selling on the other Amazon marketplaces?
