LOL, today I called to Paypal at 402-935-7733, but that is funny. they said: CAN'T FIND MY ACCOUNT WITH ANYTHING, EMAIL, PHONE, BANK NUMBER. Like as NOTHING. And I ask them if this email don't have your system, why I can't use this email to register new Paypal, NO answer!
Why why why? Paypal has deleted account without any reason!

Are you overseas, its like your stuff got hacked.

I had the same problem, my paypal account was limited and now I cannot login anymore.

Did you access your paypal account with a VPS or VPN

paypal did this about 2 1/2 years ago.

They pulled paypal accounts of users from specific parts of Asia.

Try calling ebay and getting them to 'look' to see what they 'see'.

somicaro, you have been going back and forth on this a lot. Why not provide your entire history from day one...how you set up, when you called for limits, what category you have been selling in - best to be open.

What must you ask eBay when calling to? You should not have called when you werent ready to handle the possible results.
