It may or may not happens - a lot depends on how you operate with your account and how your account appears to eBay.

This being said - I would not rely on this given the past problems with your account. Make new accounts - spread sales - some of those accounts may have better success

What's wrong with developing all your stealth accounts? I say nothing really. Plenty of people with many, many well developed stealths.

Legit Accounts get limited, that's why 99.9% of us are here! lol :pound:

yea i know. but i feel like there are so many people with legit accounts that never get in trouble with ebay. Why is that?
