does
deleteing cookies and other site and plug-in data in chrome get rid of all the stuff it should?

Why do you want to delete cookies?

Why are you using CHROME?

What are you doing now that makes you worried & ask this question?

Keep EBay accounts separate with "User Accounts" that way u can keep the cookies separate which gives your stealth account more legitimacy.

The idea is to look like your logging into only 1 account and not from an "untrusted" location/computer.

Don't suggest you use Chrome, Firefox is better in my eyes but everyone has their preferred Browser.
