does
deleteing cookies and other site and plug-in data in chrome get rid of all the stuff it should?

Keep EBay accounts separate with "User Accounts" that way u can keep the cookies separate which gives your stealth account more legitimacy.

The idea is to look like your logging into only 1 account and not from an "untrusted" location/computer.

Don't suggest you use Chrome, Firefox is better in my eyes but everyone has their preferred Browser.
