First of all BIG THANKS TO GREENBEAN FOR her help for the VCC

I think i am good for the code of the VCC as i have attached another VCC and they will send a code to it in a few days.

the other two verification are:

Invoices verification of Items

and Item Delivery Verification

This is really stupid because, in the item delivery verification, they did not specify what item to give tracking information and no field to enter anything in!!!
how am i suppose to get this verified!?!!

Invoice: MY items ARE HOUSE HOLD ITEMS, they are not new bought Items with an invoice. How can i verify this and resolve these two more pain in the butt PP verification?

Doesn't make sense.

Any ideas anyone? SHould i call them?

More info:
Name + Last Name are made up names
Bank account is attached and verified
Account has been runniing for 2months
i have $400 in the PayPal account that is limited
I still have item to deliver
Buyers are getting more impatient.

THe bank account has a different first name but same last name as the made up name i have used.... will they check this name on bank account? Should i remove it from my PP?

They cant see the name on the bank account, don't remove it.

Do not change anything.

Do not give them a reason to scrutinize the account any further.

if you know all the account details and can answer questions I would call them. if all your items are in your photos visually used condition and sold as such, they should not continue with the invoice issue

Item delivery verification is easy with the tracking code.

Invoices verification of items - sent some photos of stock with a clear letter stating items are household items, in possession - worth a good try

in the resolve items i click on provide proof of posting
it says to add tracking info for the transactions listed in the field below

???

there is just a blank space no field no tabs no nothing

so it remains un resolved!!

same for upload photo id and utility bill yet i did that only weeks before to get the pp account 1900 limititation lifted

the accont is just sitting idle
ebay acc is sweet as a nut no issues and remains unused now fir a few months due to the pp situation

ebay say its nothing to do with them email pp, pp just email back with the same story over and over asking me to resolve the issues in the resolution centre

so frustrating
