very decent eb and pp acc... eb acc is 100% over 120 days just had a nice sales increase too!... pp acc has just become limited...
in the last 3 weeks i had a few disputes, 3 in total, 1 my fault hands up, cancelation place for an operation became avaialable so i took it, so 1 item in particular failed to go out... not good i know, yes i could have has someone send but i dont allow anyone else to access my accs
other 2 are bogus ⊗⊗⊗⊗ claims for sure... 1 was a delayed postal situation we had crazy snow here in uk and postal delays inevitably caused problems... agreed it was a genuine claim as the item was late in the post but i sent in good time, they will have recieved but they put in item not recieved
usual situation i have to provide tracking ??? no tracking post paid none sent... standard royal mail 1st class is not tracked so i have nothing to offer or upload = refunded. pretty much the same case for the other 1

ok... here is where a few things get odd
list of things to do
photo id - i already uploaded photo id when i reached 1900 as my acc is verified
proof of address - same for this, uploaded utility bill already !
provide invoice - please provide invoices for the documents below??? umm there are no documents below ?
validate account info - phone and address... asking me to phone now this takes 2 mins blah blah
provide business info - im personal acc ? i click in and its pretty much usa style info they are asking for ??? taxes and such... as said im personal acc what am i supposed to do in this section ???
proof of delivery - please provide tracking info for deliveries posted below...umm yet again there are no entries below ? nothing... and as said if i dont send items uk signed for or int recorded then i have no track info to provide...

as said the eb is nice and no issues... no warning emails or open cases or disputes
pp has limited the acc... but i resolved all 3 issues with full refunds, so currently no open disputes
basicly dont understand why i need to upload info... and when i do attempt to resolve there is nothing i can do ??? provide invoices for the items listed below??? well i scrolled all the way down the page even looked under the laptop.. there are no entires listed below
already uploaded pic id and bill id... why will i need to do this again /
worth a rescue or should i drop it like its hot
and if i do attempt a rescue bid how can i when im unable to resolve invisible issues!
