Dongle IPs (dynamic and always different) vs Static IP

How much more do you think EB + PP considers a Stealth account that always logs into the same IP (static) as a stronger, less risky acct than another Stealth acct that always changing its IP (dongle method, or AOL dial-up) ?

One of my Stealth is on my timewarner cable which is Static IP.....it seems I get a lot of less scrutiny and stupid emails from PP or EB.....at least so far.

There is less "scrutiny" as you say but cookies matter as well.. I have issues when I'm on a different IP range but other than that it hasn't mattered much.

A Static IP address is always better but that's not always an option.

in regards to cookies, the original stealth guide advises to download the program CCleaner (to clear out cookies, not just manually)..... is this still advised instead of manually clearing cookies in settings ?

Or, is it only necessary to clear out cookies when the SAME Internet program is used for different stealth EBs? In other words, lets say your PC has 2 different User accounts each with its Own Stealth, then the cookies are kept seperate as long as User account is separate? I remember reading a thread about a year back and somebody said there is a rare chance but it happens that even with User Accounts to sign on to different Stealth accounts, the Internet Programs can sometimes mix data and cause linking .......

Do NOT clear cookies - keep them. You make new windows user accounts and access 1 eb/pp account per user account. Dont worry about clearing cookies.

If you are using a Mac computer, I dont have much knowledge about the user account separation there...

macs have a user separation here's support from apple OS X Mountain Lion: Create a new user account
