PayPal refund me and the buyer?

So, this POS buyer buys 2 phone cases from me. 45 days later, they go through paypal saying "item not as described". They waited til the last day to do this. Did I mention he was a POS?

So he says they arrived damaged, they are counterfeit, blah, blah, blah. PayPal grants him the judgement, and the buyer has to return the items to me. I get them back today, and they are disgustingly dirty. Nothing I would put up to my ear! And they stink of poop smoke.

FYI, poop smoke is when the smoke is so strong that it actually smells like they took a dust bath in an ashtray. So I call PayPal, and complain that I cannot resell this item because it is filthy, worn, and stinks. PayPal refunds the buyer, and PayPal also refunds me, the seller. THE END
