Reinstate my account need proof of Merchandise
 
Hi,I got about 3messages.
I sent all the request for eBay .
Only note:The items I will sell is orignial !
I don't sell any item yet.
Item i sell is phones and accericos.
the problem my supplier send invoice in paypal and the supplier in usa dont give me invoice.
What can I do ?

• Be sure the supplier has not been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

• Ask your supplier where they get their items and if they can provide evidence that everything they sale is authentic.

I would just point out the sellers (suppliers) of counterfeits will NEVER admit they are selling counterfeits. Especially located in the USA. eBay may know something that you don't.

There are no "secret" sources of iPhones for $150, or new release DVD's for $3.

If your supplier can provide evidence that the items are authentic, such as a letter from the manufacturer, then I would submit THAT to eBay. But just because he says "yeah, my items are real" does not mean much.

I gave for us a doc from best buy about 3days ago
I call now and they say my account will get email with appeal in next 72hours

sit back and wait

they say 72 hours but could take a month or so.

From the email, eBay does not appear to believe that your items are authentic. The only way to be allowed to sell is to convince them otherwise, and that will take verifiable evidence.

ebay have told you to stop selling phakes and to stop pretending they are not phakes.

Quite simple really.

Unless your item has paperwork from a recognised dealer with approval from the company involved your account will stay restricted.

You had the choice when you picked what to sell. You did not do enough homework. Happens all the time. Buyers get duped.

ebay protect their buyers from phakes

In this case , just wait 10days or over , if u can provide other invoice , send it to them one more time , but only half chance can reinstated your account ~

You should send a legitimate invoice - you need to convince eB that you are legitimate. You must be creative and think NOW...pm if you have questions.

Higher odds? You cant do much - you must follow their e-mail request. If you cant understand the situation, sadly...you are not ready to be selling this item - let it go.
