| | | Ebayorbust | 06-19-2013 11:41 PM | Its nothing to do with ebay tactics to expose stealthers.
They will have changed the parameters of the bot that issues these increases.
The increases are across the board, not just on the .com venue.
I had a limit increase on the third day of selling from 25 to 130 items. Account had 1 feedback.
I would imagine there has been a drop off in new registrations and this is their way to encourage more business. |
| Dmshark25 | 06-20-2013 12:01 AM | Yea. That's the logical explanation but when it comes to ebay/Paypal I'm so paranoid because of all the illogical things they do like kicking off great sellers at 100% feedback paying thousands in fees a month,, on time, and they just drop the axe on great sellers everyday for stupid flaws in their security software that they stand behind with no logic whatsoever , just becareful in trusting them , they will tell u to do one thing and than when u turn around stab u in the back for doing the very thing they had told u to do. So proceed with caution with actions that seem goodwilled by ebay |
| Iwuvcurrency | 06-20-2013 12:29 AM | Almost all of my accounts have gotten raises within the last month. one even to 100/5000 which i have not yet met the sellings limits to that yet.. Dont think Im going to try either.. |

Yes, they're sneaky, but I'm pretty sure they just realize they're cutting off their nose to spite their face with the limits, and their balance sheets are down, and they need more people selling more products. They don't give a rats ass about any of us, it's just to increase their bottom line, and if it helps us, good for us. | For every seller outed, more people will take their place - eB/pp know this |
| bramblewill | 07-02-2013 01:23 PM | I have 8 year old account 100% positive top rated, power seller 656 sales currently selling last 4 months 100 items a month and wait hopefully for a raise every month...it never happens? |
| Dmshark25 | 07-02-2013 03:50 PM | If you only sold on it 4 months than its only a 4 month old selling account be patient raises will come |

Just have to be patient. Create more stealth's in the mean time. |
| planes | 07-02-2013 10:13 PM | My accounts been stuck in the mud since it started. Now it's jumped up to a pretty high level. And believe me, I've done nothing to help it along. Bad phone numbers and using my real name and address to order stuff online and calling in to CS etc... . I do ship fast though. |
| yupitsme | 07-03-2013 12:06 AM | I've read some articles and news stuff and honestly the more stuff that gets sold on their site means more money for them and their stock goes up so thats one good way of thinking about it guys :) |

So you have a newish account just starting to sell to its limits.
With similar accounts of ours, after 6 months , we were rewarded.
This is where patience is rewarded.
Five up and many more coming through

| Dmshark25 | 07-03-2013 01:00 AM | It took about 4-5 months before I started getting increases than after that they all started raising and double raising , holds lifted, so patience is the key.
Also everyone's account is different and may do something a little different and ebay reacts differently
The majority of my accounts have nice ebay raises after 4 months , some after only 7 weeks , and there is one that I feel I'm working so hard on, has great feedback , I sell every month to the limits , but still no raise after 6 months
So there is some randomness too ebay I believe, that's another reason to make multiple accounts because of this randomness that ebay and Paypal give to accounts that could be favorable |

Also if you call eBay and get a really nice customer service rep, and have a good talk with them some will easily raise up the limits for you! BUT make sure you get a nice person! some go above and beyond in helping people |
| Dmshark25 | 07-03-2013 01:12 AM | Bad idea like you say IF YOU GET A GOOD PERSON and if you don't than what why would you put the account at risk even if there is a 1% chance of suspension .
If you want higher limits create accounts. But time and time again member after member including myself are here today cause we called ebay for raises and yea I got one and 4 days later suspended with 100% feedback
DON'T CALL EBAY |
| bramblewill | 07-03-2013 12:09 PM | When I say last four months selling I mean selling in earnest. I have sold on it as long as I have had it just not as much.
But I will wait and hope don`t want to rock the boat. |

| Dmshark25 | 07-04-2013 04:35 AM | Best advice is just to really learn and understand how to create and operate link free. Unfortunately you most likely linked all your accounts and even if you do send in the documents there's still an 85% chance of Paypal getting all your documents and still shutting you down .
Once you flagged and limited your pretty much done and at your level of operating stealth at this point I'd just learn and understand and start making accounts slowly , take your time avoid mistakes and follow the guide and ask questions on this forum.
Don't worry you will learn stealth and become a pro. It definitely works , just take ur time and no shortcuts, you can't get away with much ebay sees all |

Stealth account I set up in June has 25 positive sales. I look on tonight has limits raised to 250 £16500. No logic but I LIKE stealth accounts. |
