Default About those new quicker limit raises....

Yes, I've been getting limit raises quicker now too- and I've found that 10 items sold and shipped fast and completed earns raises about as fast as 20 items sold and shipped. I think it's more about how fast you ship, if tracking info is on file (if you print Pp/eB shipping labels, and get 5 stars for each item you sell.

BUT! If you get raised from 10/100 to 50/2500, and you start to sell a lot really fast, or a different category than previously, they do get aggressive with putting on the 21 day hold on the funds even if it was previously removed. Anything accelerated or very different than your earlier actions (even after a limit raise) will activate the 21 day hold again.

Plus, another reason they might be doing the faster raises is because the more we sell, the more they profit, and they might be under some kind of pressure to perform. Kind of like all the rules with seatbelts and so on, once the fatalities number drops, they raise the speedlimit a little. But trust me, it's not because they care about their sellers, there is no free ride or favors coming from them without something attatched that benefits them somehow.

Nice theory - always keep in mind that they can reduce limits and cause suspension at any time - keep going slow and steady

Sure they love those fees but they also would love for stealthers to make the huge mistake of over selling on one account so they can send you the 1099 from paypal.

Raises are great and give you flexibility in listing, but it is not a license to go hog wild.

You are still running stealth and you still do not want to bring unwanted attention to yourself.

Be smart with the raises you are given.
