Really need urgent advice

Hey guys, I am in a pickle and need help.

1) I used paypal/ebay about 2 years ago and was limited forever on both accounts

2) I tried Opening an account in my brothers and mothers name and both were suspended... (I was a big noob)

3)About a year ago, my girlfriend had an ebay account, I opened a store on that account and kicked off 'my' business on her account. I am also using her paypal account as well- everything seems to be running perfect.

4) I have opened another ebay account also about a year ago in my actual name and address has 56 feedback and I use it to make purchases only and am making payments through the same paypal account which I am receiving money from and is still perfectly normal!

5) I feel like I should get my gf name out of my business in every way. I contacted ebay by chat and asked if I can change the ebay account details 'Name, address...etc' and they said it should be okay.

6) I have also purchased eBay Stealth and found it helpful in being hidden but it has not addresses the following issue.

7) I am worried that if I open a new paypal account and if it works out and then link it to my ebay business account 'gf one at the moment' so I start receiving payments to it that it will become limited again. My income at the moment is anywhere from 250-600 p/w considering I just lost my top rated seller status.

8) I have a new bank account/ new address/ new phone number. Only thing that will match would be my name and date of birth.

9) Any advice will be appreciated !!

Simple solution to your long list of woes: Do NOT try to use ANY old info. All new - even identitiy. stealth guide and forums cover this. You cant try pp accounts with eB accounts that already have pp accounts.

Lot more reading and consideration for you to do.

if I want to use my own name how can I change my DOB ??

These need to be new

Think of it this way, how many people with your exact name will have been born on the same day as you? High chance that that number would be 0 considering the number of variables.

You need a new name and a new DOB

You can change it as you like - now if eB asks for documentation as proof, you will need to make the right paperwork.

Never recommended to use family info. Too many chances of trouble.

See previous comment. Not such a wise choice either.

Now you are really starting to muddy the waters with your way of thinking. For starters unless you got approval from ebay in writing to change names etc, you have a great risk of the account being flagged. 'Should be OK' is ebay talk for we will let the seller think we are saying OK just to get rid of him. Changes like this are not always liked by ebay. And they make that decision after all the work of changing is made ( can be fatal)

Explain the origin of the paypal you say you are using. Whose name is on it?

Keep in mind the book addresses account creation, and not variables of account operation. Forum is the go-to-place for that.

You should be much more worried about making that many changes to an account and thinking both paypal and ebay will go along with what you are doing. Where does the top rated account come into the picture? It's not at the centre of all this is it? That then could be one account getting suspended. You should consider this.

You would appear to have a lot not going too well.
You should not consider your plan. Think of other options.
