Default Paypal Account Limited - eBay Account Active

I purchased the stealth guide 2 months ago and was very impressed with the detailed information. I followed each process step-by-step and successfully created my eBay and Paypal accounts.

Having several of my eBay and Paypal accounts suspended or limited earlier, I learnt from my mistakes and made sure I didn't mess-up. I started selling stuff I really don't need, some are pre-owned, brand new just to keep the ball rolling.

Naturally, as soon as you list an item, eBay removes your listing and to contact them, which I was fully prepared for. Six weeks passed without an issue until two days ago I sold a pre-owned watch for $350, which had been re-listed several times because I couldn't get the price I wanted. Immediately after it was sold, and they buyer paid, Paypal decided to limit my account.
They claimed it is an high-end item and my account was still new. Luckily it happened late in the evening and the item wasn't shipped.

I contacted Paypal and realized that there was no way they would release my account since they were asking for SSN and proof of address. With a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address, there was no way to prove the identity.

I decided to refund the buyer and move on. I contacted eBay and they were quite surprised that this had happened, since my eBay account was in good standing order. I called eBay several times, and each representative offered me different advices - to create another paypal account; to use a friend or relative's paypal account in each listing.

Here is where I am totally confused and really need advice from members in this forum. My first eBay account (under my name) was restricted last year
from selling. I can only use it for making purchases. This account is over 3 years old and with 100% positive feedback. The paypal account associated with it is still active and I never had any issues with it for the past three years.

My question is, in each paypal account, a member can add upto 8 email addresses. Correct! If I create a new email address and add it to my listings, so that payments will be made to my personal paypal/bank account. Will eBay or paypal detect this?

Apologies for this long thread, but, I want to explain it all in detail.

Thanks.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

This workaround stopped several years ago. ebay/paypal detect this.
Long term this is not wise.

I think you should purchase several eb/pp acct from trader on the forum, then start again. Sometimes I feel that we could add new PP to the listing while the old PP was limited, but not this time. I think the Feb, March, April, May, June of the year are the best time for us to do that. Some of my friends got ebay suspended from July, they reported that 1 eb- many PP getting red flag this time, they stopped the accounts that have these conditions and plan to react later.

Hope you understand. Sorry for my bad English.

I'm afraid you have to start all over again.
The ebay account is toast as well.

Any paypal you link to it will get limited when you start receiving funds.

eB and pp will detect this and could cause more problems and immediate suspensions/banning.

Best bet is to avoid all this mess and go stealth from now on. Well worth it.

All the best
