Are there banks which accept international funds xfers with mismatched names?

Like, an official bank with a swift code and everything.

That can be riskier.

Depending on amounts, international transfers may be 'checked' more often than domestic money transfers.

As an example friend did a wire transfer from Crete to Spain. Instead of having the name on the transfer as it was on his bank account, he used the name he was known by.
Funds were held. He had to supply ID.

Be careful with this line of thought.

Just as a point of reference, HSBC has accepted xfers for me internationally in different names - but OP are you referring to PP? Or sending via bank transfer?

Bank transfers actually many times go through with mismatched names since it's like a deposit...unless big amounts

I'm thinking about bank transfer. And how much is a "big" amount?

Depends on country - North America could be considered over 5k (sometimes over 10k) but for international transfers into North America - some banks get uneasy with 1k...really depends on bank
