What does that mean? Are we better off making up unique names that are probably no listed or a common one that may have 100's of different people ?

First try to Avoid them all together by creating buyer account only first and a Paypal and wait a full 4 weeks before thinking of selling

In them 4 weeks log in browse , bid and buy get some feedback than after 4 weeks list one item like a shipping supply maybe 25 fragile stickers for .99cents or shipping labels something low risk that will sell

After u sell the first item wait till the next month to list And operating like this has dodged all mc999 for over 6 months

Until last week when I used google voice which I never do and forgot to link my Paypal with ebay so that flagged me, but if u avoid getting ur account flagged at first you will see faster limit increases and less headaches

You need an address u have access to if u want a solid account , but buy a couple Ebooks or recipes just be careful on new accounts buy a few of these things don't buy 10 or 20 a day maybe 2-4 over a week and not even that many , u don't want to be seen like ur buying for feedback so becareful with these goods but if no access to an address there goods on ebay still emailed even though the say they are mailing them

I am in no way recommending this but I want to point out that i had success asking sellers in a message to send the purchase t "a friend as a gift" and gave my address. If the agreed I got the item and it doen't look like ebay ever monitored the messages as none were linked or suspended.

I am trying to figure out a way to be able to buy from eBay members again as I miss some of the good deals.

As far as I can tell the PO Box and UPS Store Box is out. To get a box and address you have to show a picture id. Now I don't know if a picture id will be required for any other person you list on your PO Box but the real problem comes along before this problem.

If the item you buy under your stealth name is too big to fit in your Box then you have to go to the front counter to get it.

USPS & UPS are supposed to require an id before they turn something over to you.

Here's where a real mess can start.

Even if they don't ask for a photo id they are going to get to know you both by address and by face.

Lets say you acquire a photo id for your stealth life and you do show it to the clerk. That's fine because as you buy more and more items off eBay and you keep coming in to pick them up, the clerk gets to know you over time and probably won't ask for a photo id at this point.

So now you have to pick something up that requires a signature and this signature has to be your real signature.

OOOppp's how are you going to explain this to the clerk??

These clerks are not going to play the game along with us.

The clerks at my Post Office and my UPS facility know me by first name and this is going to be typical for anyone else too unless maybe you only buy something once a year.

Regardless, if you are selling on eBay then you are probably spending a lot of time at these counters and once again, they know you.

I thought about this but I'm afraid of what happens if eBay ever sees this "friend" or even a "relative" address is the same as my authentic suspended account then bingo, they'll link me.

I mean, don't you think an account holders suspended address can bring on the red flag?

For me, 3 generations of my family are all linked and suspended now so I can't send anything to any of them from a successful stealth account and not worry that I'll get punished for associating with the enemy.

I do know that PayPal strongly frowns on any seller sending the sold item to any address other than the 'verified" shipping address.

If the seller does do it then the buyer / seller protection is null and void.

It may work one or more times for a while but I'm afraid they will eventually get a round to seeing the pattern of a particular buyer always sending their purchase to an alternate address and that address is on their suspension list.
