Do I need new bank account ??

Hello everyone,
I have read the guide and digging on forum now I have some question about the bank/paypal

I already have Well fargo bank account (1 personal and 1 business). The businiess has been added to my currently paypal (that linked with my ebay acct has been suspend)

Now I need to create new ebay/paypal acct.
-The name: I use my mother name (she has passed away).
-Using my business address but different box or without box ? (this address has been added to suspend ebay before)
-Do I need to open new bank account with BOA or use my currently personal account with paypal ? Do I need to submit SSN to paypal ?
-what is best solution for phone number to verify ebay right now ? I see that google voice still work ?
-I use VPN that I setup with my hosting provider. does it safe ?

I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Please do not even think of using HER name. How can you supply ID for a deceased person? You simply can not.

To start new, you need EVERYTHING new. That includes a bank account

Risky and I would not do it, but it is possible.

You need a bank account that has never been added to Paypal before.

You do not need your SSN.

Your VPN is safe as long as it has a private IP that has not been used on ebay/Paypal before.

So now I will use the new name and address within 20 yards of mine area ?

about bank acct. Start new Bank of America acct then added it to paypal. Or open another business acct with well fargo and added to paypal ?

I have google and see someone said that Do Not link ebay with paypal and use prepaid card to pay ebay fee. do it true ?

this is something I agree with 1000%...... I never ever allow paypal the OK to touch my monies.

It is a good idea to use the method of a pre-paid card for your fees.

Bank of America is a great bank to have bank accounts with for stealth OP - consider getting accounts with them as well

I have created new ebay/paypal acct.
with stealth information new name, new address ect.
with paypal acct I got limit until I give them my SSN. (I have submit my SSN with my old acct)
I add bank account that i open checking with wellfargo today.
If I don't give SSN I can withdraw 500 only.
Not Linked ebay with paypal yet. still confused >.<

..but don't use her information. Not only is it a bad idea... it's just seems wrong..

I use the unreal name (my name but translation to chinese pinyin)

You get a VCC from one of the sellers here.

You put that to your paypal and it lifts the limits.

Never reuse an SSN.

Correct, All you need to completely verify your Paypal is the Bank and VCC or Gift Card. Don't forget to do the 4 digit code on the VCC or Gift Card.

That is correct.

Get the VCC. You need the 4 digit code on the VCC to add to paypal to complete verifying and lifting limits.

I bought the Vanilla Gift Visa Card with reload 20 bucks on that.
Upgrade the Zip code already same with my address on file with paypal.
Waitting for vanilla active it then submit to paypal

So you are already limited? Dont reuse SSN - how fast did you get limited? Have you confirmed with a VCC?

I just confrim bank acct and add VCC gift visa card to my new stealth acct.
Now my paypal acct has been ready to use

Electronics and cell phones are dangerous to start selling right away. First bid and browse a little - I like to build some buying feedback - then list low end items, ship quickly to build your seller feedbacks. Electronics shouldnt really be sold too quickly.

My part is just 10 or 15 bucks on it and only have 2 of them. beside that I have nothing to sell

but i will do as you said.
Start bidding but not buying (because i am not willing to buy anything right now).
and looking for some really cheap item like <5$ (screen protector) to earn buying feedback

Do whatever you feel comfortable doing.

I let my accounts age for a month ( at least).

I avoid high risk items to sell at the start.
