So before we decide whether or not to help you, why don't you first give us more details on why you open so many cases.

According to your assumption here, we are all scammers, since we all got suspended as sellers at one point. Having too many cases opened ( as a seller ) can only mean one thing.

Why will you look on mt as complete scammer

I will give you the numbers of how much I purchase in the last 12 months & how many cases I opened.

I purchase 2269 times on eBay for a total worth of $346,927.30

I opened 25 Items not as described cases and 36 Item not received cases

So this this comes out to about 3% of my total purchases.

What did do something wrong here ?

I called eBay 2 times already & the told me we can't help you , we can not open your account as of now

Ebay limits the amount of disputes no matter if they are not as described.
They dont care how much you bought.

What do you do with 2,269 items?

if I open an account using a different billing/registered address (and curse all personal date will be different) , but my shipping address will be the same will this be a problem ? will eBay detect this ?

Yes it will be a major problem.

All your info is currently flagged.

paypal will even 'look' at what you buy with your new account.

25 items not as described would be scary to a seller.

Someone might have reported you as usually 3-4 in a calendar year and you are booted or your account held with no more buying for a period of time.

I buy a ton of items of ebay myself and as I expect my buyers to do is ask me questions before bidding. I almost demand questions because I want the customer to be happy and understand fully what they are getting.

Do you ask questions before bidding etc?

They were all linked. This is why understand stealth is so important, to reduce the chance of linkage. Accounts fall like domino's otherwise.

IF you don't know what you are doing, then stop this - right away - less headache.

(Or hire a business consultant)
