Default Is there any guide for eBay stealth for power buyers ?

I am not a Seller on eBay , I'm only a big power buyer on eBay, (real big...)

I got the following MC999 notice last week:

Your eBay account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm--even unintentionally--to the eBay community.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding fees will be due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We appreciate your understanding.

The reason was since I have open to many cases in the past 12 months , which I did not know of the following policy: if you are opening too many cases you will be suspended

Now with the eBay Stealth I can not get help because of 2 reasons.

1) Since I am buying a lot of stuff I just can not change my receiving address , I need to move my whole office/warehouse to a new place , I can't use for this a new virtual address.

2) Also since I am paying for a lot of stuff, I can't just get new Credit Cards with new numbers , I can not use for this prepaid card or debit cards.

It takes a lot to get suspended as a buyer on Ebay. It is equally as hard to get suspended as a buyer as it is easy to be suspended as a seller. It sounds to me like you are the enemy. You are either a complete scammer or overly particular when it comes to the products you buy on Ebay.

So before we decide whether or not to help you, why don't you first give us more details on why you open so many cases.

You have never sold on eBay but still been suspended as a buyer? How have you managed that? Are you opening lots of cases?

Why will you look on mt as complete scammer

I will give you the numbers of how much I purchase in the last 12 months & how many cases I opened.

I purchase 2269 times on eBay for a total worth of $346,927.30

I opened 25 Items not as described cases and 36 Item not received cases

So this this comes out to about 3% of my total purchases.

What did do something wrong here ?

I called eBay 2 times already & the told me we can't help you , we can not open your account as of now

Sounds like eBay will not be opening your account again.

Read though the guide and you will be able to apply the methods to a buyers accounts

Look into mail forwarding, or a 'mom and pop' shop where you can rent a box and then collect the items yourself.

Getting a new real plastic debit card would fail the AVS check.

Best best is a prepaid card registered to the address that you want the mail delivered to.

Why would you need 300 boxes? On average you make 6 purchases a day. Depending on the size of the items and the box, 1 box should generally be fine. Also as mentioned you can get mail forwarding.

So looks good, eBay is suspending everybody now. Did you get any warning or just one day open your email and bam - account suspended?

ebay protects itself first second and third.

Your total of items not acceptable to you meant you got flagged by the ebay alogrithms.

ebay reacts. Your account(s) get zapped.

At what point, if any, did you communicate with a seller before making a claim?

Obviously this is a business for you. Selling the items was a business for your seller.

What did you do as a buyer when you had a problem?

@zaza123, forums are pretty much geared for eBay selling but the guide is applicable for buying. For an address, you could try a variation of your current address.

You might want to consider spreading out your purchases over several accounts.

I send email's to the seller's via the ebay eBay system about 2-3 times before opening a case

I trigger my ebay audit when I open a case & after opening the case the seller provided a tracking number , this happen to me about 3 times so eBay shout my account

You can't have the same shipping address.....You COULD try to change the address up enough to be the same address but spelled differently but there is no guarantee.

@zaza123, the whole goal of stealth is to minimize linking to old accounts...reusing a same shipping address would be an easy link
