 Running multiple accounts - Power User Question
I had $8k monthly sales before Amazon closed the acct. I want to get back but I want to make sure that I do this correctly. I read the Stealth Book and spent several hours today on this forum can you help me out with a few deeper questions? EIN/SS for Amazon What is the best strategy for opening multiple Amazon accounts? I think I need at least 3 Amazon accts but how is that scalable with SS#s? Are you setting up 10+ different DBA with 10+ EINs? Running that many LLC accts seems expensive. My SS# is now burned. I could use my wife's but trying to figure out the best plan before I move forward. Order Fulfillment I am thinking I could outsource my inventory to Shipwire so that if an Amazon acct gets burned the inventory is safe and I just switch to a new Amazon acct? This is my second job and I have two little kids - I had been leveraging Amazon FBA because I didn't have time to ship items. Now I see how risky it can be to have my inventory under Amazon's control so I am trying to adapt my business model given the family situation. Maybe latter I can do this full time but for now I need my corp job. 3rd Party Software Would using 3rd party software allow Amazon to link accts? I was thinking about Shipwire's integration with Amazon or maybe integrating mulitple Amazon and eBay accounts with Shipstation and then Shipstation to Shipwire. Thoughts?
