Have you had any luck listing HIGHLY SCRUTINIZED VERO items?

I mean the pricey watches, jewelry, etc?

If so, what methods worked best for you?
(meaning the item actually ran it's course and sold)

how does this person get away with listing these items with such low feedback and only a year old?

Look at how the items are 'marketed': contact phone number, email address, policies well laid out AND this is for a niche market. Buyers here will know their watches. Right now there are 11 items listed, seems he's not greedy but offers 'quality' & that sells.

I sell brand name jewelry that actually recently sued ebay from millions so they are strict but i got a way around it :]

Takes about a month to get set up. If you sell at a high quantity you can open more accounts but eventually you will build up rep & can gradually step things up
