My ebay account has been susupended I wonder can oringinal pp still link new ebay account if I changed my pp bill address and prime mail address. I used new mail address as this pp account name. can this will result link to old. thanks

You cannot do this.

Will lead to a link and your new EB and possibly PP will get shut down

You must create new everything - usage of any old part of the chain (whether eB or PP) results in link to old suspended other part (eB or PP)

Which post number says you can? Its a very long thread that was started over 5 years ago, so a lot of it will be outdated.
