Default "Log Off" or "Switch User"?

Hi,
I just logged into my EB account for the first time and have a couple of newbie questions to make sure I am doing things correctly.

My Start menu/configuration is different than the screenshot in the stealth guide, so I was wondering:

1) When I change windows User accounts, do I need to log off one account and then select the new User name, or can I simply select "Switch User" without having to log off in between?

2) I just want to make sure I am doing things in the right order:
Log off of Ebay while using 1st User account (my primary Ebay account is just a buyer account). Then change IP address. Log IP into spreadsheet. Then login into 2nd User account.

3) Since none of my bookmarks or passwords transfer over to my 2nd Windows User account, would it be safe to use two tools like XMarks and DropBox to enable me to pull up frequently-used websites and passwords that I will need when selling on my 2nd account (like Overstock, MrRebates, etc.)?

~~ Thanks for your help! ~~

Log off first especially when u get up to over 10 or 20 user accounts if they are all open your computer speed will be down to a crawl besides possible linking with IP, but takes a second log off go into the next user account switch IPs log and than logg into eBay .

Always use the LOG OFF procedure.

Regard it as closing the door to a given account. That will reduce issues.

Are you using an excel form to log your IPs too?

Here's one for you

Log off is best - always do this (less memory use for computer too).

IP logging is smart

Lots of posts about this issue.

Most people decided it was just best to log off.

For 3), eB is not affiliated to those other sites you mentioned so...logically, should not be a problem
