Setting up a new PP account

wondering: does it matter whether we give correct date of birth?

Its a stealth account. The point is to give a made up DOB and name to prevent linking.

Do we create a personal or business account?
Does it matter?

because it says that personal accounts mustn't use po boxes... So, just wondering whether i should go for business account, but that may bring up other complications I 'm not aware of (yet).

Start of with a personal account. Once you get established and get higher limits, change to business.

I only ever use premier paypal accounts. I link these to both personal or business eBay accounts.

I have. I guess I'm worried that this address may be known to them.
Could you comment on business accounts? I see that there is a free version of business account.

Is there any extra hassle with business account?

I imagine people people open basic business accounts without concern.
Is there a particular reason you recommend starting with a personal account and building up to a business account?

Doesn't really matter except for couple of issues: 1) make sure user is 18+ 2) if you get hit with ID verification, make sure you have docs to support the use of that DOB ( )

Otherwise...stealth done well, you can survive on any date of birth

There are two kinds of Paypal account offered in the UK - Premier and Business.

Premier Paypal is perfectly acceptable to use for sole trader purposes as well as for personal use. I would only use a business paypal if it was for a Ltd company.
