Yes,same iphone,had ebay and paypal app before but deleted them after old account was restricted,I really think I did everything to prevent linking,sigh..

How are they being linked? So I should use a new phone? I never used any ebay or paypal apps for my stealth, what did I miss? Thanks.

If we knew exactly what linked you...it be super easy. It could of been an IP, cookies, etc.

Forget the phone for now and go back to desktop/laptop
