Canceling a transaction removes negative feedback?
 

Hey guys quick question. I have had quite a few issues with competition purchasing items, not paying and leaving negative feedback. Which isn't a problem because I figured out how to get them removed.

My real question is, If I get a buyer to agree to a transaction cancelation, Would that remove the negative feedback they had left?

I believe this specific buyer doesn't speak any english so Ive been trying to communicate with a google translator.

Any info would be appreciated.

Cancellation requests being agreed does not remove negative feedback.

You can of course send a feedback revision request to the buyer. Only do this if they have agreed beforehand to change the feedback that's been left.

No it doesnt automatically remove the feedback - that has to be done with a) revising buyer's feedback or b) going through eB.

Yes I've tried that and the guy doesn't understand what I'm asking for lol ill just live with the negative. Thank you for the help

You can also increase low-end, free shipping sales to gain fast positives and force the negative down on the list and increase your positive %

no it dont. unpaid item dispute removes negative feedback.

Cancelling a transaction is different than opening an unpaid claim...
