I wanted to give some updates.

I have been using VPS for some of my stealth and I have noticed one provider blocking access to amazon.com, ebay.com, paypal.com from the VPS. I can access any other sites but when I try to ping the above sites, I get nothing.

I am a little worried that some providers are starting to crack down on using VPS for stealth.

Honestly, what do you expect?

VPS is a flavor of the month.

Overabuse by idiots is damaging the reliable users.

When in doubt...begin exploring dial-up :) @john, you have so many better options in the US - cellphone tethering, dongle ...
