Do i need a verified paypal account for each stealth account to list items ?

Hello guys, so i've bought the Stealth Book and learned alot about stealth accounts
i had an ebay account that i was using for buying , and when i entered the selling domain , i wanted to start selling items using my old ebay , i sold 2 items and got limited ..
and when i learned about the multiple account i got so excited and all , now i made a stealth account with everything new ( ip , name , phone , credit card for verifying ebay seller account .. )

BUT my problem is , when im in the final step and click " list item " i get this error message preventing me from listing the item :

so my question is : Do i need to verify EACH new paypal account that i create with the new ebay in order to start listing ??

( PS : i directly start listing items around 17$ when i created the account , feedback still 0 )

- you should operate with a verified PP account for each account you have - keeps things simple and clean....looks good to PP.

ah so i need to get a VCC for each new stealth ebay & paypal account
and after i verify my paypal , can i start selling directly ? lets say after 3 days is ok to start listing and selling ?
and last question , does each new ebay account ( stealth ) comes with a 10 items / 500$ limit as beggining and after i call them they will increase ?

1 VCC per account combination, yes.

As for selling, I personally like 3-4 weeks of bidding and browsing, getting buyer feedback before selling.

MANY accounts start at 10/500 but you should NOT call them to increase - just keep selling and let the limits go up. Calling could lead to problems.
