There are plenty of services out there to help with the IP....you can take a look at 24vc which is a VPN provider used by many on this forum.

awesome thank you. and my next dilemma is the bank accounts. how do you get different bank accounts for so many accounts. I have one i can use for the new one but am afraid if i mess the new one up on my first stealth try then what can i use? are there virtual ones like the VCC ? but then with the DC how do you get paid or transfer it ?

do you notice any less traffic due to being out of the country? does it deter U.S. customers from purchasing since they think it will take longer coming internationally? also do you send them tracking info or anything? and which shipping do you do? not the Et/sy automated one, do you just do a separate account with usps?
