My Sister's Account 3 Years Old! Advice Plz
 

Ok so my sister is going to let me pilot her account.

This account is one she set up that she never used. It was set up in 2010, doesn't really have any real activity on it, its just been sitting for 4 years. There isn't even a paypal account set up on it.

Now if you were in this situation how would you go about it, to eventually start selling vero items.

p.s. the number hasn't been updated, and the address needs to be updated. I'm planning on keeping all the info set up to her info. The reason being is she lives on the other side of the country and I don't really have a place I have to connect to the internet at the library on a VPN.

Should I go ahead and update the info and just start listing, and just how would you go about doing this.

p.s.s. I don't really have much time before I run out of money I have to start listing asap..And I've already have one other account sitting in the oven that is paypal verified.

Whoops, she actually already has a paypal account Linked. I'm not sure if I should just remove that link and create a new paypal or if I should add a bank account or not?

Plenty of posts in the forum clearly recommends NOT to use relatives accounts for many reasons... read around.

Now if you were in this situation how would you go about it, to eventually start selling vero items.

No one will tell you how sell vero Iitems, this is not the purpose of this forum.
we can give suggestions on how safely use a stealth account.
I would not play with my sister's account selling vero items. Serious warning.

I don't really have a place I have to connect to the internet at the library on a VPN.

You did not read much the guide do you? Selling veros on your sister's account connected to the public wifi? Are you serious :pound:

Never ever be in a hurry to make money with EBay/PayPal.
If the other account you have is a proper stealth one, in no-one name and IDs, I would start playing with that one first and see what happen.
In any case you should reconsider your strategy a lot of weak points here.

Read the guide start to end and come back with a proper stealth plan.

I did read it from start to end. I don't have much of an option as far as connection. Also I meant to say used vero items.

This will not work.
Can't you afford a dongle for connection?

Don't use your sister's account.
Make your own stealths and burn'em down.

If your sister already has a paypal account attached to it, it will remain linked/connected to the same ebay account even if you remove it and add a new one.

If you start changing all info at once, you will cause flags and possibly an MC suspension/warning.

VPN is an ABSOLUTE no no with stealth. No matter if its private or public pc, you DONT use them.
You have to find another solution.. because i see the moment you start listing something, your account is going to get suspended.

Honestly, at this point you seem determined to use your Sisters Account with or without our advice NOT to do it.

So I guess the only advice from now on is to use the account carefully....

what's type of dongle do you suggest? I mean

And you guys always say things about vpn's but it says in the guide that you can use them.

And the reason I want to set up my sisters account is because if I start making money I don't want to worry about the SSN thing, which is what is suggested in the guide. However, I do realize you guys are trying to say that I should probably get better at this first though so I understand.

yeah I know that if I change all the info at once it will raise flags, I already changed the address and number but that is it, I don't really have a lot of time to wait

Yeah I know I am suppose to wait to do all of this however, in my position I'm a little rushed to say the least, which is why I'm making bad moves, like I said the only connection I have right now is public so as the library is going to be closing soon I just uploaded the info because I didn't see any responces to the thread after a couple of hours.

I will consider buying a dongle. I'm going to look into how much that will cost.

I don't think my sis cares that much if the account gets suspended because she doesn't really use ebay. However nobody wants to be banned FOREVER from ebay so I'll probably use the other account first, and let the info I changed marinate a bit.

I'm still jobless and want some money so something has got to happen soon.

Also two things happened that could have linked the account already, 1 I forgot the reset my vpn before logging into an ebay burned account (to check on my paypal money, which I was able to withdraw today, had to get exact email). I logged into a different User on my comp to do it but I forgot to swich my vpn settings before logging in so I'm pretty sure they got the IP addresses linked.

And also while I was on the user account I created for my sisters ebay I opened up paypal and when I clicked the login space an old email from my first paypal account came up an an option to login with.

I closed the screen and made a new user. Of course this didn't happen when I opened paypal this time.

I know you keep saying you need money fast.. But doing it this way is just careless. You will end up suspended and having to wait another 180 days for your next lot of funds again..

Don't know why you ask for help and advice if you going to list it your way anyway... Which we all know is the wrong way.

Haha, wow, this account is ALREADY SCREWED by you doing all the crazy changes you have already done. Multiple flags have been raised.

I can only imagine what kind of "used" Ve.Ro you plan on selling. The second you list whatever garbage you plan on listing, expect account lock down.

You're in a rush too...why, because you already lost other account(s)? Yes, that's exactly what you have done. Does your sister know how badly you are taking advantage of her?

Well I gave you guys certain constraints for how this needed to be done but you haven't given any real answers other than the one person who mentioned using a dongle. I don't have any other options, so don't give me advice that is outside of my realm of possibilities.

Actually you are WRONG. We have given you all the advise you need... it is up to you to follow it or not.

Nothing you do is going to work if you do a rush job. If you actually read all the posts you will see we replied to you.

1. Dont change all the info on your sisters account ALL AT ONCE, it will cause flags on your account.

2. Even if you change paypal account, it will remain linked to your sisters.

3. Dont sell Vero on a new account straight away - you need to earn rep first.

4. Stay away from VPN - You will get shut down. Ebay knows when you using these.

So explain to me how you consider these mentioned to you in your posts was not advice??
If you really did come to this forum seeking advice, the way you are going about it is ALL wrong.
After all who knows where you would be with out our help.. and that is all we are trying to do for you here is HELP.

I get that some of you are trying to help, I thought that those who weren't trolling me would know that I'm not talking about them. There are some people here who are doing nothing but trolling.

Now right now I've taken all of the advice, I'm looking for dongles right now so that I don't have to use a vpn. However that is my only option for the time being, I'll try to sell a few things and move before my account gets burned :mad: however I don't need all the ragging that I've been getting lately. I'm really in a tough situation and I don't need all the negativity.

Just point me in the right direction please..

Everyone on this forum is in a tough situation.
It how you work with your situation that matters.

If you value your business, then you should value your ebay account & do everything in your power to prevent getting linked, flagged or worse...

I have read and reread everything stated. It seems you are not listening. I suggest as you put it, "Be quiet" and READ and ABSORB what everyone has nicely suggested several times.
