Default Thermal Label Printer (stamps.com compatible)

What model should I look into? I'm looking for a label printer.

Also where would I get the adhesive labels, and how much would they go for usually?

How about Express Mail international ( usually has two customs forms on the A4 sheet ).

Lastly, I need it to work with stamps.com software.

The Brother QL-500 works perfect. Just make sure you are getting original rolls of thermal paper, as the generic ones tend to be problematic.

Have some smaller inventory that goes into envelopes

I use regular printer + tape for my big boxes.

They give me huge discounts as much as 37.5% but if you don't ship with them, I am sure they are not going to give you anything lol

How many shipments are needed before FedEx gives free equipment? I called them last month and they said no go on the Zebra. I've had an account with them for several years but had not shipped much with them until recently (3 shipments in the past 10 days). Their pricing is MUCH better than USPS and UPS on some shipments (bigger/heavier boxes) so I always check their pricing before purchasing postage.

Maybe 60 or more shipments a month, but not sure.
