Chase checking does work. Just used it on one of my accounts. Works like a charm :)

Disposable cell phones work in Canada for ebay. They do not work for paypal. Paypal will automatically send a letter to your address on file after the phone verification fails. The failure message is that cell phones cannot be used to verify address.

So how do we get around this? In the stealth guide the authors claim we can put any address for Paypal and get around to receiving payments just fine?

Found a bank that works to verify paypal, it is transporation alliance bank, google it..you can get savings and checking (2 account numbers). Also for those with blemished credit..not a problem, they basically give anyone an account as long as they can verify your identity....comes with debit mastercard...check for a location near you at their website and go get your account! Aspkin, might want to update the list.

Is TAB actually a checking account or a prepaid debit card?

TAB is a subsidiary of flying J company that truckers use to do their banking. It does not come with paper checks but is considered a checking account, they also have a separate savings account. the debit card is a mastercard and you can transfer between the checking and savings account and use the debit card. They will open accounts for anyone with ID, they dont do chexsystems or credit checks.

visavcc.com and I have worked personally for the past couple of months. His services give you anonymous cards with no address, so it doesn't work for AVS.

Most VCCs are like that, but yes visavcc.com is a good place to get prepaid cards.

Also Llyods current acc, abbey current, barclays current,halifax current,RBS current, natwest current. All high street accounts made in person, very quick to do, 10 minutes (but they make horrible tea)

Rushcard is great. You can use a Rushcard as a bank account in Paypal.

You get the routing and account number from their direct deposit form.

Rushcard is kind of pricey though.

It's not so bad really, they take 20 bucks the first time you get a deposit to activate it, then it's 2 bucks each time you withdraw from an ATM....if you want to use it to shop with then it gets ridiculous I think to pay a dollar every time you make a purchase.

I used to let the money build up on the Rush, and then make a couple of ATM withdrawals a week. Once I got my Paypal debit card, I just withdrew my money with that.

The good thing about having Rush in Paypal as your primary checking acct --- they CANNOT pull money out of it like they can with a regular checking account.

The money only goes one way with Rush -- ON TO YOUR CARD, never off!
