I am worried that checking all those gmail accounts at the same time from the same IP from the same user account will raise a red flag with google. I've been blanket banned by Gmail before (for having like 30 accts activated by the same phone #) and it was the worst thing that's ever happened to me. | Yes all gmail accounts. Don't get YAHOO because you got to pay $30 a year for that extra option or else you can't do it. It's why all my accounts are gmail accounts.
No no you can click on the program it self and then you just scroll down to view all accounts to see what ones got messages on them you can view the messages on them. Then let's say you got an email from a customer you may read it but if you want to reply you would log into that account on EB it self and reply on EB it self. Not from the email only view from the email nothing else. And the program with thunderbird and gmail is set up that it won't show images at all. It's how I have all of them set up. So that's what you want to do also. So no images show up on gmail using thunderbird or gmail it self. And you'll be safe I been doing this for over a year now. Outlook is over priced and has bugs thunderbird is made by the same people who made firefox and its FREE!!!!!!!! And works way better and it's smooth! And you can have as many gmails on it as you wish!
Regarding IP from google here is what happens. You'll get an email on that google account saying " Suspicious activities". Then all you do is go back to your main IP address of that google account and type this in in the URL BAR or have it to a website you own and just go to the website and click that link each time. Here it is: https://accounts.google.com/UnlockCaptcha (It's called CAPTCHA). This allows google to know that this was okay to log into that new IP Address as it's you, you could be traveling, or IP from work, and not home, etc. Then lets say you load up thunderbird with all those accounts and you get that password to insert and it's not working, what you want to do is go to that link on that account from your main IP address. Then come back on thunderbird from the new IP address and retype in the password and it will work without a problem.
No idea what kind of EB Accounts you are using. But I personally have over 45 SIM cards for my phone, because EB wants to send me a TEXT via phone before I can list my 1st item on EB so I use those numbers for google as well 1 number = 1 account = 1 EB. Your problem is you got lazy or cheap? lol Who knows what your reason was but you can't do that. When you make all your new Gmail accounts you can set up the account that if password is lost or stolen you may set up even a yahoo account to get the password back if things go back or you are locked out! I set up my main yahoo to all the 4 dozen gmails just in case.
I hope this answers your question and it should, should you have any other questions feel free to ask here in the open forums. In case I typed something out no one also may not understand so everyone is CLEAR on what I just said and understands.
Thanks for reading GWW.
