Hmm one of my stealth account was limited because i hit the 175 threshold. I provided a EIN so i can remove that limitation of not being able to receive money. I will stop using the account at the 19900 thresh hold and use other accounts by the mean time, provided that i have different EIN's or new EIN's if i do not want to keep creating lots of ebay/pp accounts.
