US bank account to UK paypal

Hi there
I have an unverified stealth paypal account ( UK ) and I've received a payment larger than 1900 gbp....I have sent the stealth documentation they require ( photo ID - showing that I am from Belgium ) and they accepted.
Now they are asking me to add a bank account because of EU regulations. I have called them and asked them to manually move the funds to another paypal ( friend ) as I will not use paypal anymore and they still require to add a bank account.
The problem is that I do not have a bank account......can I add a US VBA? or how can I transfer the funds from the limited paypal? ( I remind you it is a receiving limit limitation ).

none of your suggestions are possible...you need a UK bank.

uk verification requires a uk bank acc as well as ID.

can you get the person who sent you the money to do a dispute and get it back or ask paypal to refund them? and get the money back from them another way?

No, that is impossible...
I have called paypal and requested them to transfer manually...but they told me that EU regulations ask for a bank account or credit/debit card.....but if I will add a uk vcc and confirm it, I am afraid they will force me to add a bank account ( as I told them I do not have one ).....and it is impossible to have a credit card to add to paypal without having a bank account, right?
I really do not know how to move the money from paypal

When I called paypal today I have asked the agent if is ok if I will add a US bank account and she said yes is ok, then the problem will be solved and we can manually transfer the funds in the paypal you request, as we need a financial institution in your paypal or to have a bank account on your name......but I do not know what to do......
do you have any suggestions?

P.S I do not know if I should add a uk vcc and verify it and then call them to ask them again to manually transfer the funds, as I have added at least a credit card.....but I am afraid they will be greedy and ask for the bank account and if I will tell them again that I do not have maybe they will ask how do you have a redit card and you verified it if you do not have a bank account?? right??

^ As I've explained to you already, you need a UK Bank Account to 'verify' a UK PayPal account.

A VCC or US VBA will NOT do this.

Open a UK bank account.

I can not open a bank account on a steatlh paypal with different name and also I just want to transfer the funds from this paypal, nothing more....not interested in using anymore this paypal after moving this money.
any suggestion will be really appreciated

and why would a paypal agent said that is ok to add a us bank account?

Open a bank in your REAL name and attach to the Paypal account.

US banks can be attached to any country Paypal for WITHDRAWAL but US banks will only VERIFY US paypal.

I was hopping not to open a new bank account ( as I already have my real bank account attached to my real paypal ).....
and what should I write in the name field when I add the bank account to stealth paypal? should I leave the same name as stealth paypal?

I was hopping in convince paypal to transfer the money manually ( transfer made by them ).

Open a NEW bank account in you REAL name.

Add the bank account to the STEALTH paypal using the STEALTH name.

Withdraw the money.

In future you should consider doing a bit more research before blindly receiving a payment of that size into an unverified Paypal account.

paypal like everything to be safe.

Your transactions have flagged the account.

Be careful of what you do.

PP have seen it all - when they ask for bank account, they mean it. Also Paypal agents can say things that aren't necessarily correct...ask for them to e-mail in writing...then you will see what is really said
