Hmmmm, I had a 0/0, paypal at 60%, meaning that I didn't have the credit card. I also used google voice. Can affirm that tracfone plus paypal at 80% would mean a lot less 0/0? If I credit card verify, and they charge me the 1.95, would I be able to withdraw that 1.95 back to my bank just in case I do get a 0/0?

Well I think the vcc in paypal should have been enough I don't think it would be necessary to add a bank also because probably same exact results

so i tried making 2 accounts today both got the 0/0
now i really think its a certain time they do this

earlier a day ago i mentioned i created 5 with no problems at all

today was not too good, maybe its a certain timing

well, i never add bank until i know its an account that will last,
so pp not verified, only cc
addresses from whitepages
tethering for new ip
google voice, i know thats a total give away, but it worked on thursday when i created 5, which all had the 10/1000

i did create one morning time ,which worked, but after around 7 pm the next 2 i made were both 0/0

When you mean create, do you mean when eBay texts or calls you to verify you? Thanks. I have this experience too if you mean what I meant. I tried to activate it at 9:40pm.

Were these accts sitting there to be aged for a month or are they accts that you created within a day or 2 then tried to receive the text?

On all the accounts I tried they were more than 3 mths I got 0/0

tried one today, worked fine
unverified pp, with only cc
google voice
converted to seller, with 10/1000

I just made 5 accounts without a 0/0 limit. This is what I do:

each ebay account has been aged for about a month or so. Corresponding paypal accounts are brand new.

use a fairly common name, look it up in white pages, note zip code corresponding to that name, then find an address on real estate website with same zip code.

-Use VERIZON HOTSPOT for IP address.
-Use TRACFONE to get phone number.
-Create paypal account with this name, address and phone number.
-Confirm email
-Add a VCC to paypal. CONFIRM the VCC.
-LINK ebay to paypal account.
-List first item. LOW RISK item.

I have not received a 0/0 limit since this whole thing began. Hope this helps.

tried another one, got the 10/1000

the most important factor of them all is make sure the name is matcing with at least the zipcode,

address is the most important

just to figure out the pattern i tried with a non corresponding zipcode, but everything else was the same method when i made the 10/1000.

got hit with the 0/0 then

i think they really upgraded their address verification system

when i go to white pages, it usually shows everything, full name and address

also if you pay more attention to the addreses, i can gurantee you, you can find out a way to make the 100/5000 limit accounts right away

That makes sense so basically it's a computer running a search and if a name doesn't match it flags it right of way. Sounds like a people search engine now! I will try matching a corresponding zip see what happens. Do you feel there is a real need to use a aged account or is it strictly just a verification issue?

I do not think it is necessary to used aged accounts. I do believe a new account will work.
