Well I called them today. I don't know how I did it. She ask for my address and full name. She kept trying to verify me, but couldn't. I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info when I registered. Even tho she couldn't verify me, she still raised my limits to 50/$1000. She said the next time I call for a raise in my limits I will have to verified. She said the problem was my PO Box.

What she doesn't know is, I'm not calling for another raise.

That's a common hurdle you need to overcome when calling in, especially with US accounts. They'll ask questions to verify who you are. This is predominantly the reason why people don't like calling in.

But props to you for getting a raise, albeit slight.
