besides waiting 2 days after delivery confirmation or if that fails the full 21 days. I would be eager to know. I am not back up on E-Bay yet but will be soon, Thanks for all your help everyone!!!!. If I remember correctly they only hold money on new accounts. |
| Here We Go Again | 11-18-2008 06:34 PM | So lets see here....
You have made 1 post that you should have never made because you never read the original post.
And you have been a member for what????.... 20 days?
Give me a break. Quote:

Well, I haven't been a member forever or anything. I know this method and another one. Personally I don't think it should be handed out. Especially to someone with 1 post...... just my opinion if that counts for anything. |
| JamesYaBaoy | 11-18-2008 07:42 PM | Heres the REAL WAY TO GET AROND THE 21 DAY HOLD:
READY..?
DITCH PAYPAL..GET APPROVED FOR A MERCHANT ACCOUNT.. |
| sunnylhy | 11-18-2008 08:46 PM | Im just trying best to get the problem solved. |
| JamesYaBaoy | 11-18-2008 09:25 PM | But seriously..pretty much all the SERIOUS problems I have had with eBay have been because of PayPal, PayPal+eBay = Trouble(maybe not now, but eventually)
PayPal can destroy your business and lock your account without notice.....Im not sure aobut you but im not willing to take that risk.
Heres a classic story(has happend to probaly everyone on this forum)
PayPal limits your account for "High Risk"
1.eBay account limtied
2.eBay dispatches emails to buyers telling them to file claims
3.All A**hole buyers and scammers file PayPal Claim
4.PayPal account goes from $XX,XXX to negative in less than 24 hours.
Solution:
CartManager + Merchant Account |

Solution:
CartManager + Merchant Account | I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me. The problem for most is getting your ebay account approved to not have to use paypal. (not a problem for me :D )
Also there are other solutions besides cartmanager like Auctiva and a couple other checkouts. Personally I'm not a fan of cartmanager.
But that exact scenario just about got me divorced. |
| JamesYaBaoy | 11-18-2008 10:36 PM | Yes, there are alternatives to cartmanager...
Not too hard to get approved for a merchant account..Just find a good solid merchant account provider..and be sure to fax eBay ATLEAST 2 pages.
Auctiva is FREE and allows you to integrate your authorize.net account with it. |
| Burst | 11-19-2008 04:38 PM | Agreed. PP is a waste of time. The hoops they make you jump through is ridiculous |
| Hottest_eBay_Goddess | 11-20-2008 12:55 PM | Did anyone happen to get this method from her that is willing to PM me with the information? I just noticed she hasn't been on in over a month now! :(

| Burst | 11-21-2008 06:51 AM | The methods are a waste of time. Either deal with Paypals holds and ship with tracking numbers, or get limited. |
| Here We Go Again | 11-21-2008 08:30 AM | The method I use to release my money stuck in the 21 day hold system works everyday and has been for months.
So I don't see this method I use as a waist of time.
I see it as VERY helpful in the fact that paypal is not stealing MY money for 3 weeks. |
| Burst | 11-21-2008 07:49 PM | That method works here and there. But PP isnt as naive as you think. SWIM found out the hard way. |

| Burst | 11-22-2008 06:50 AM | You claiming to be a lawyer should know... |
| Burst | 11-22-2008 08:48 PM | Private messages are all the rage Modee.
Anyways SWIMs still using SWIM. |
| Here We Go Again | 11-23-2008 12:30 AM | No offense Burst but your "SWIM" makes you sound like a total moron.
I am sure you are not a moron but you are sounding like one every time you type it. |

| GreenBean | 11-23-2008 02:05 AM | What a ripper of a thread. 25 posts and just HALF relate to the actual TOPIC. ffs, stop the bitching. Ya'll are BORING. Like a little bunch of college kids crying. And someone who posted should know better than that. |

| Burst | 11-23-2008 06:44 AM | Ha Ha Ha!

Anyway...I'll pick up where she left off and hope PayPal doesn't get me!
Same rules apply as what divine422 wrote, just PM me and I'll check your rep and contributions. And I'll share what I know. I have already shared with one other forum member, and they said... "I finally tried it yesterday and it worked like a charm." |

"I finally tried it yesterday and it worked like a charm." | Be VERY aware of who you tell this information to.
If you make people LOOK ON THEIR OWN it makes it easier. |
| GreenBean | 12-03-2008 07:16 PM | Waves byebye to the method. |

O-well....
I enjoyed it while it lasted.
That is what happens when someone announces that they are just going to give away a guarded secret.
If you MAKE people look on their own it keep it safer longer. |
| TGMT² | 12-03-2008 07:28 PM | Hmmmmmmmmmm.....
Didn't see all this reaction when divine422 created this thread? |

Do you see a little difference there? |
| TGMT² | 12-03-2008 08:11 PM | I PM'd you after your 1st response and never received a reply?
For some reason you think it is appropriate to "blast" me in this thread.
If this somehow makes you feel superior with your condescending attitude... Then So Be It |
| Here We Go Again | 12-03-2008 11:28 PM | ^^^^^^^^
So what makes you think that you can determine who is "Safe" to talk to?
I do not respond to 80% of the PM's I receive because even after doing a little digging on the member in question, I do not think that they have enough seniority and meaningful posts to be "Safe".
So do not take it personal but I just do not think you as a relative "New" member have the ability to differentiate between "Safe" and "Non-Safe" members of this forum.
Guarded information is NOT posted on the forum for a reason.
If you know the guarded information then use it and enjoy it.
Leave it up to the Mods to decide who is "Safe".
And no I am not a Mod because I am just to rude and blunt.
That is opinion and I am allowed to have it as a human. |

| Here We Go Again | 12-06-2008 02:52 PM | Aspkin,
Thank you for the consideration... really
But I do know my downfall and I realize it as you can see from my post... LOL |
